Jane Jackson Authors Column in Louisiana Oil & Gas Association (“LOGA”) Industry Report

Jane Jackson authored an article addressing the recent uptick in lawsuits filed under Louisiana’s environmental citizen suit statute. Jane Jackson’s article—entitled “Recent Trend: Addressing Oilfield Contamination Through Citizen Suits”—is published in the LOGA Industry Report (Summer 2018), a publication of the LOGA.  The article tackles the ever-growing trend of lawsuits filed under La.
