Gabriella “Gabi” Garcia Snow

BIOGRAPHY

Gabi Snow is an associate in the Corporate & Securities section of the firm.  Ms. Snow currently focuses her practice on general corporate and business transactional matters, including merger and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity investments, and strategic and platform stock and asset acquisitions and dispositions. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Snow was an associate at Harris Cook, LLP.

EXPERIENCE AND HIGHLIGHTS

• Represented owners of an international industrial manufacturer in connection with the sale of their equity interests to a private equity-backed buyer for an amount in excess of $200 million
• Represented a Texas based automotive parts supplier in connection with the sale of its assets to a private equity-backed strategic buyer for an amount in excess of $25 million
• Represented owners of a commercial and residential services company with the sale of their equity interests to a private equity-backed buyer for an amount in express of $120 million
• Represented a Texas based recreational vehicle dealership in connection with numerous asset acquisitions
• Represented a Fort Worth based commercial property developer in connection with the formation of multiple joint ventures and related private offerings
• Represented a business engaged in the distribution, service, and rentals of mounted aerial work platforms in connection with the sale of its assets for approximately $75 million
• Represented a business engaged in manufacturing polyethylene pipe and fittings in connection with its purchase of assets from a business for approximately $65 million
• Represented owners of a wealth management business in connection with the sale of their equity interests for approximately $20 million
• Represented a Fort Worth based architect firm in connection with selling substantially all of its assets to a private equity-backed strategic buyer
• Represented a Texas based automotive vehicle dealership in connection with the sale of asset for approximately $37.5 million, in addition to a contemporaneous sale of real property on which such dealership operates*
