James A. Larsen
BIOGRAPHY
James “Jake” Larsen is an attorney in the firm’s Corporate & Securities section. Mr. Larsen focuses his practice on private equity business, including the drafting and negotiation of confidentiality agreements. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Larsen practiced at Dorsett, Johnson & Swift LLP, where he primarily performed title due diligence and reviewed loan documents for financial lending companies.
Mr. Larsen earned his J.D. from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 2018 and received his B.S. in Political Science and General Business from Texas Christian University.
