John C. Fronk
BIOGRAPHY
John Fronk is an associate in Kelly Hart’s Litigation and Appellate practice groups. He represents both corporate and individual clients in state and federal courts, handling complex commercial litigation, breach of contract, real estate disputes, business torts, and products liability cases.
Before joining Kelly Hart, Mr. Fronk served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Thad Heartfield of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. He also worked as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Marcia Crone and the Honorable Michael Truncale, both from the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
In 2021, Mr. Fronk earned his J.D. with magna cum laude distinction from Texas A&M University School of Law. He graduated magna cum laude from the College of Idaho in 2015 with a double major in Political Economy and Philosophy.
Mr. Fronk actively participates in the legal community as a member of the Tarrant County Young Lawyer’s Association and the Tarrant County Bar Association.
