Natalie J. Carlgren
BIOGRAPHY
Natalie Carlgren focuses her practice on corporate and securities transactions, including public and private offerings of debt and equity securities, securities law compliance, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate law matters. She regularly advises hedge funds and other private investment vehicles in connection with their securities law compliance and in connection with their securities and commodities trading activity. Ms. Carlgren also has experience representing clients in proxy contests, consent solicitation and hostile tender offers.
