Kylie M. Rahl

BIOGRAPHY

Kylie Rahl is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate & Finance practice groups.  Kylie graduated first in her class from Texas Tech University School of Law.  Ms. Rahl’s real estate practice includes assisting in the representation of owners and developers in the acquisition, disposition and development of various commercial assets including mixed-use, multifamily, office, retail and industrial properties. Her practice involves the preparation and negotiation of purchase and sale agreements, development agreements, conveyance instruments, deed and use restrictions, and the review of title documents, surveys, and other due diligence items. She also has experience in commercial and retail leasing matters, and zoning and land use.

Ms. Rahl’s finance practice involves assisting in the representation of lenders and borrowers in connection with both unsecured loans and loans secured by or involving real property, including office, multi-family, retail, oil and gas properties, and other commercial properties.

EXPERIENCE AND HIGHLIGHTS
  • Assists in the representation of owner and developer of a 26,000+ acre master-planned international trade and logistics center and mixed-use development with regard to development, leases and sales to numerous Fortune 500 companies for industrial, office, retail and other projects
  • Assists in the representation of 13 property owner associations covering 9,000+ acres with regard to the standards for development, aesthetics, and maintenance of properties within each association
  • Provides a variety of legal services to owners and developers in the acquisition, development, and sale of office buildings, hotels, mixed-use developments, industrial parks, and multi-family developments throughout Texas
  • Assists in the representation of state and national banks in various secured and unsecured lending transactions
  • Representation of owner/developer in successful zoning change for development of upscale resort style active adult apartment community in Fort Worth
