Kelly Hart & Hallman opened its Austin office, in 1990.  In 2015, Andrew Weber was appointed partner in charge.  The Austin office is comprised of highly-skilled attorneys with particular experience in energy, civil litigation, appellate, environmental, public and administrative law.
