Pryce Stewart is an associate in the firm’s Oil and Gas practice group, focusing on litigation and transactions related to oil, gas, and energy. He represents a diverse clientele, including producers, operators, mineral and royalty owners, and surface developers. His practice covers oil and gas title and transactional matters, disputes involving oil and gas lease terminations, post-production costs, royalty discrepancies, joint operating agreements, surface use agreements and purchase and sale agreements.
Mr. Stewart earned his J.D., summa cum laude, from Texas Tech University School of Law, where he was the External Relations Manager of the Texas Tech Law Review and a student attorney for the Innocence Clinic. He graduated magna cum laude with a BBA in Finance from Texas Tech University’s Rawls College of Business in 2020.
