Kelsey Simchick

Kelsey Simchick is an associate in the Corporate & Securities practice, where she focuses on various corporate and business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, joint ventures, and asset acquisitions and dispositions. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as In-House Counsel at Noble Capital Group, LLC in Austin, Texas.

Ms. Simchick received her J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. During her time there, she worked as a research assistant for Professor Orli Oren-Kolbinger, conducting research on the IRS Free File program. She also managed client cases at the Federal Tax Clinic at Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. Additionally, Ms. Simchick served as a judicial intern for President Judge Susan Peikes Gantman at the Superior Court of Pennsylvania.

Before pursuing her legal career, Ms. Simchick earned a B.S. in Sports Management from The University of Texas at Austin.
