John ‘Jack’ W. Delaney
BIOGRAPHY
Jack Delaney is an associate in Kelly Hart’s Litigation section. With a strong background in representing both corporate and individual clients, Mr. Delaney has successfully handled a wide range of legal matters in state and federal courts. His expertise extends to business disputes, personal injury claims, breach of contract cases, construction litigation, and real property disputes.
Before joining Kelly Hart, Mr. Delaney served as a litigation associate at Kane Russell Coleman Logan PC in Dallas. During his time there, he skillfully represented clients involved in commercial litigation and personal injury disputes.
Mr. Delaney holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Illinois. He went on to earn his J.D., graduating cum laude, from SMU Dedman School of Law.

- Represented clients in complex commercial litigation and personal injury matters across various industries, including construction, transportation, hospitality, securities, manufacturing, and restaurants
- Managed written discovery and document production for both federal and state cases
- Drafted various pleadings and responses in federal and state courts, including petitions, special exemptions, and motions for summary judgment
- Conducted witness interviews, site investigations, and thorough fact-finding research
- Managed the e-discovery process and systems for numerous business disputes
