Lauren E. Brownlee
BIOGRAPHY
Lauren Brownlee is an associate in the firm’s Oil and Gas practice group, where she focuses on litigation and transactional matters within the oil, gas, and energy sectors. She represents a broad range of clients, including producers, operators, mineral buyers, and landowners. Her experience includes handling disputes over oil and gas lease terminations, post-production costs, royalty discrepancies, joint operating agreements, and purchase and sale agreements.
During law school, Ms. Brownlee served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Karen G. Scholer of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
Ms. Brownlee earned her J.D. from Texas A&M University School of Law in 2024 and holds a B.A. in Communications from the University of Arkansas.
