Kelly Hart is pleased to welcome Amy Lorenz to the firm’s Estate Planning and Probate Section. Ms. Lorenz’s practice focuses on providing comprehensive estate planning services tailored to meet the unique needs of individuals across all levels of net worth. She brings extensive experience in business, fiduciary, and civil litigation, including business and trust formation, trust management, estate probate, contract disputes, and wrongful death litigation.
Before joining Kelly Hart, Ms. Lorenz was an associate at Pope, Hardwicke, Christie, Schell, Kelly & Taplett, LLP, in Fort Worth. In that role, she advised executors and estate administrators on complex probate matters, including asset distribution and coordination with retirement and financial institutions. She also counseled trustees on trust administration and represented secured creditors in claims against estates.
