Andrew W. Homer

BIOGRAPHY

Andrew W. Homer is an associate in the firm’s Corporate & Securities practice.  Mr. Homer currently focuses his practice on the private equity business, including the drafting and negotiation of confidentiality agreements for the firm’s private equity clients.

Mr. Homer earned his J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law in 2019. He graduated from Texas Christian University with a B.A. in Economics and Chemistry and received his M.S. in Economics at Texas A&M University.
