Andrew W. Homer

Biography
Andrew W. Homer is an associate in the Corporate & Securities section of the firm.  Mr. Homer currently focuses his practice on the private equity business, including the drafting and negotiation of confidentiality agreements for the firm’s private equity clients. He is based in the firm’s Fort Worth office. 

Mr. Homer earned his J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law in 2019. He graduated from Texas Christian University with a B.A. in Economics and Chemistry and received his M.S. in Economics at Texas A&M University.
