Mallory B. (Williams) Wiese
Mallory Wiese is an associate in the firm’s Litigation section. She represents clients in high-stakes commercial litigation and complex business disputes, with a strong track record that includes securing summary judgments and dismissals in high-dollar claims. Recognizing her courtroom talent early in her career, Best Lawyers named Mallory to its “Ones to Watch” list for Commercial Litigation, and she has been repeatedly honored as a regional “Top Attorney” by 360 West and Fort Worth Magazine.
Mallory earned her J.D., with distinction, from the University of Nebraska College of Law and graduated summa cum laude from Kansas State University with degrees in Political Science and Philosophy.

- Successfully obtained summary judgment in favor of commercial airline and airline employee, securing dismissal of multi-million dollar claims brought by seven plaintiffs
- Secured summary judgment in favor of a commercial airline in personal injury lawsuit alleging over a million dollars in damages
- Successfully defended commercial airline in a personal injury lawsuit by securing summary judgment dismissing plaintiff’s claim for negligence
- Secured summary judgment in favor of retailer and obtained dismissal of all claims in a slip-and-fall case
- Successfully defended commercial airline in a wrongful death action, resulting in the dismissal of all claims with prejudice
