W. Chase Medling

BIOGRAPHY

W. Chase Medling focuses his practice on various aspects of complex commercial litigation, including business torts, copyright and trademark infringement, securities, constitutional law, DTPA, and breach of contract. Mr. Medling has assisted individuals, business entities, and municipalities in connection with bringing lawsuits, negotiating settlements, and preparing for mediations and trials. Mr. Medling has first-chair trial experience in civil and criminal matters.

In addition, he engages in family law matters, including divorces and child custody disputes. Mr. Medling is involved with pro bono family law matters and has volunteered in Texas Lawyers for Texas Veterans’ legal clinics.
