BIOGRAPHY
Amy Lorenz serves as senior counsel in Kelly Hart’s Estate Planning and Probate Section. Her practice provides comprehensive estate planning services to a wide range of clients, addressing the unique needs of individuals across varying levels of net worth. She brings substantial experience in business, fiduciary, and civil litigation matters, including business and trust formation, trust management, estate probate, contract disputes, and wrongful death litigation.
Before joining Kelly Hart, Ms. Lorenz was an associate at Pope, Hardwicke, Christie, Schell, Kelly & Taplett, LLP in Fort Worth. There, she advised executors and estate administrators on probate matters, including asset distribution and coordination with retirement and financial institutions. Ms. Lorenz also represented the interests of secured creditors regarding claims against estates.
