BIOGRAPHY

Andrew J. Ramsey is an associate in the firm’s Corporate & Securities practice group. His work is centered on supporting the private equity sector, with a particular focus on drafting and negotiating confidentiality agreements for the firm’s private equity clients.

Mr. Ramsey earned his J.D. from Texas A&M University School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Electronics Technology from Montana State University.
