Annie R. Matthews
BIOGRAPHY
Annie Matthews is an associate in the firm’s Litigation practice and works on a range of litigation disputes across a variety of industries.
She earned her J.D., cum laude, from Tulane Law School in 2023 and holds a B.S., cum laude, in Management & Legal Studies in Business from Tulane University. Before joining Kelly Hart, Ms. Matthews served as a policy advisor for Louisiana Public Service Commissioner Davante Lewis through a fellowship awarded by the State Energy & Environmental Impact Center at NYU Law. During law school, she gained experience clerking at Southeast Louisiana Legal Service in New Orleans and the Office of General Counsel – Natural Resources and Environment Division in Washington, D.C. Prior to law school, Ms. Matthews served in the Peace Corps in Benin as a Sustainable Agriculture Systems Volunteer.
