BIOGRAPHY
Gabriella G. Snow is an associate in the Corporate & Securities section of the firm. Ms. Snow currently focuses her practice on general corporate and business transactional matters, including merger and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity investments, and strategic and platform stock and asset acquisitions and dispositions. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Snow was an associate at Harris Cook, LLP in Mansfield, Texas.
Ms. Snow graduated from Texas State University with a B.A., cum laude, in Political Science and earned her J.D. from Texas A&M University School of Law.
Ms. Snow is an active member of the State Bar of Texas, the Tarrant County Bar Association, and the Texas Aggie Bar Association.
EXPERIENCE AND HIGHLIGHTS
- Assisted with the sale of assets from a business engaged in the distribution, service, and rentals of mounted aerial work platforms for approximately $75 million
- Assisted with the purchase of assets from a business engaged in manufacturing polyethylene pipe and fittings for approximately $65 million
- Assisted with the sale of a wealth management business for approximately $20 million
- Assisted with asset sale of a retail automotive dealership for approximately $37.5 million, in addition to contemporaneous sale of real property on which dealership operates
- Represented general contractors and sub-contractors in breach of contract agreements
- Prepared real estate related documents such as warranty deeds and commercial lease agreements
- Represented clients in probate administrations
- Drafted entity formation documents, as well as various maintenance and operational documents such as annual resolutions and special meetings
- Compiled and prepared responsive documents for discovery requests and responses
