Harrison A. Pavlasek
BIOGRAPHY
Harrison A. Pavlasek is an associate in the firm’s Bankruptcy and Business Reorganization section, focusing on bankruptcy and bankruptcy litigation. He represents debtors, debtors-in-possession, creditors, and trustees in Chapter 11 cases, as well as handling bankruptcy-related litigation and appellate matters.
Mr. Pavlasek earned his J.D. from Texas A&M University School of Law, where he served as Articles Editor for the Texas A&M Journal of Property Law. Following law school, he served as a term law clerk to the Honorable Mark X. Mullin, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Northern District of Texas.
Before joining the firm, Pavlasek was an associate at Forshey & Prostok, LLP in Fort Worth, where he represented corporate debtors and creditors in complex bankruptcy cases.
