Josue A. Barron
BIOGRAPHY
Mr. Barron is an associate in the Corporate and Securities section. He focuses his practice on private equity business, including the drafting and negotiation of confidentiality agreements.
Prior to joining Kelly Hart, Mr. Barron served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Judge Jane J. Boyle at the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas and the Honorable Judge Steven J. Duskie at the 426th Judicial District Court.
Mr. Barron earned his J.D. with summa cum laude honors from Texas A&M University School of Law, where he worked as a research assistant to Professor Brendan Maher. He graduated cum laude from the University of North Texas with a B.A. in Political Science.
Before embarking on his legal career, Mr. Barron dedicated himself to education as a 6th Grade Math Teacher in the Dallas Independent School District.
