Elizabeth Geary recently received the President’s Award of Merit from the Texas Young Lawyers Association at the State Bar of Texas Annual Meeting in Dallas. Ms. Geary was recognized for her outstanding contributions to TYLA, particularly for her work in crafting the TYLA moot court problem for this year’s competition.
The Texas Young Lawyers Association is the “public service arm” of the State Bar of Texas. TYLA assists the State Bar in facilitating the administration of justice, fostering respect for rule of the law, and most prominently, advancing the role of lawyers in serving the public.
