Joseph Austin has been appointed to the Tarrant County Bar Association (TCBA) Judicial Polls Committee for a three-year term. This committee conducts an annual judicial poll that gathers member preferences on candidates during election years and evaluates judges who have served for over a year in non-election years.
Mr. Austin will assist in distributing these polls to educate both the public and the legal profession. Additionally, in non-election years, the TCBA conducts a Judicial Evaluation Questionnaire to assess all elected and appointed judges. During election years, a Judicial Candidate Qualification Poll is also distributed to rate candidates’ qualifications.
