The M&A Advisor has named Kelly Hart the recipient of the Turnaround Awards’ Information Technology Deal of the Year (Under $1 Billion) for our successful guidance of the sale of Kologik to Greater Sum Ventures (GSV).
The Kelly Hart team included Louis Phillips, Amelia Hurt, Robin Happel, Gabi Snow, Cheryl Leb, and Jacob Birnbaum.
The awards will be presented at the 19th Annual Turnaround Awards Gala, taking place during the 2025 Distressed Investing Summit on March 25, 2025, at The Ben Hotel in Palm Beach, Florida.
Celebrating excellence in deal making, the nominees were selected from over 250 participating companies and evaluated by an independent panel of industry experts.
