A Louisiana state district court recently issued a summary judgment on solidary liability in the case Parish of Cameron v. Auster Oil & Gas, et al., part of a group of forty-two “Coastal Zone Cases” filed on behalf of Louisiana coastal parishes alleging violations of the 1978 Louisiana State and Local Coastal Resources Management Act.
