Kristine D. Vitemb serves as senior counsel in the Litigation section of the firm, with over a decade of experience specializing in resolving disputes for both businesses and individuals. Her expertise covers a wide array of areas including complex commercial disputes, business torts, personal injury cases, and employment matters.
Prior to joining Kelly Hart, Ms. Vitemb served as assistant regional counsel at the Social Security Administration – Office of the General Counsel. There, she handled a diverse range of employment issues, overseeing arbitration proceedings, engaging in extensive motion practice, providing employment guidance and risk analysis, and actively participating in alternative dispute resolution. Ms. Vitemb served as lead counsel for the SSA on numerous federal district court and appellate matters, defending Agency decisions before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth and Eighth Circuits.
Ms. Vitemb graduated summa cum laude from Texas A&M University with a B.A. in History and Psychology, and she earned her J.D., cum laude, from The University of Texas School of Law.
