Administrative and Civil Proceeding

Our attorneys are well-equipped to handle regulatory issues that cannot be resolved informally. We actively engage in litigation on behalf of our clients when necessary, representing them in a variety of state and federal administrative agencies such as the State Office of Administrative Hearings (SOAH), Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ), Railroad Commission of Texas (RRC), Texas General Land Office (GLO), and U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Our legal services extend beyond administrative tribunals, as we also represent clients in judicial challenges of agency decisions in the Travis County District Court, as well as state and federal courts of appeals. Additionally, we provide legal counsel and representation in civil litigation matters, including toxic tort claims, Superfund actions, citizen suit actions, enforcement defense, commercial litigation, and arbitration and mediation related to environmental and natural resource issues.
