Scott Zimmer has joined Kelly Hart as a partner in the firm’s litigation section. A seasoned litigator and appellate advocate, he has a strong track record of defending energy companies and other businesses in high-stakes federal and state court lawsuits. His expertise spans single and multiple plaintiff claims, class action lawsuits, and multidistrict litigation (MDLs).
Throughout his career, Mr. Zimmer has successfully resolved billions of dollars in claims for Fortune 500 corporations and privately held companies across Louisiana and beyond. His client roster includes global, national, and local energy companies operating in Louisiana and Texas, as well as major trucking and gaming businesses.
Before joining Kelly Hart, Mr. Miller was a partner at Kean Miller LLP in Louisiana.
